Lockett & Co are Port Fairy’s longest serving estate agents and are often recognized as being responsible for making Port Fairy one of the most sought after and renowned sea-side destinations in Victoria. Lockett & Co have been selling real estate in Port Fairy for over 30 years. It is widely accepted that no one buys property in Port Fairy without consulting with the ‘local experts’. Garry Lockett (principal) has been a fully licensed agent since 1974, has a legal background as a former Clerk of Courts and is a Justice of the Peace and a Bail Justice. Lisa Bayliss is only in her 20’s but has had extensive experience in both real estate sales and property management. After the retirement of our senior sales manager (Anne) Lisa has taken over the role and has thrived ever since. Lisa’s bubbly and honest disposition has appealed to all who have had dealings with her and as principal I am proud of her ethics and dedication. Lisa’s honest recent statement is something other agents should understand – that she does not sell property, people BUY it if they like what they see.

Lockett and Co specialise purely in property sales and have a close business association with McNally Property Management who operate Port Fairy Holiday Rentals from the same premises. It has long been recognised that the days of mixing holiday property management with sales is not conducive for professional standards of both.
